Giveaway eBook and freebies

August 20, 2014

Now it’s time for a giveaway. This will be an eBook of Conflicted. As yet I don’t have a back catalogue to offer, I’m sorry to say, but one day…fingers crossed…

Conflicted coverTo be in with a chance to get a free copy of Conflicted, tell me where you met your other half, or a previous other half. Paul and Greg get together in a bar. I met my ex-husband at a martial arts club (he was my instructor).

Have you met someone in an interesting place? Best answer will be the winner.

And there’s more…

I recently had some promo goodies for Conflicted made up in the form of postcards and bookmarks. The artwork for the book is by the amazing Maria Fanning and I was delighted with the results. I’ve been sending a few of these out to people who have contacted me through Facebook and Twitter over the past few weeks.

I met my husband via an online dating site…he likes to say that he picked me out of a catalog :) . Our first date was at a Thai restaurant, I grew up in Bangkok so I figured even if he turned out to be a loser, I’d at least get a great meal out of it. Well, it was my lucky evening, I enjoyed a great meal and met a great guy!
    Congrats on your new book!!

Hey, thank you for the congrats! Online dating sites are a great way to meet people, I think. You can at least get to know a bit about them first. Sounds like you had a great first date and then a happy ending :)

I met my husband at a mixer to welcome new graduate students. I was looking for the guy that organized trips to go see NHL games. I found him and promptly talked college sports with him for 2 hours. Our first date was to my first NHL game. We dated for many years after that.
